Hotwell is home to one of Ireland's only warm springs, St. Gorman's Well. The Coach House is part of our two hundred year old Georgian farmhouse and has four bedrooms designed to boutique standards with a stylish, rustic interior, superking beds, rain showers and crisp white linen. It can sleep up to 10 comfortably, with a fully equipped self-catering kitchen, cosy sitting room and living area. Unfortunately, we do not take bookings for individual rooms or bed and breakfast.

Guests are welcome to chill out in the gardens, ramble around the farm, through the fields and woods. They can play tennis, table tennis, croquet or other lawn games, and even replenish mind and body when classes are available in the yoga studio. On wetter days, the living room has board games, a TV, huge DVD collection for kids and grown ups and lots of books and magazines.
